Filters help to select lines by date and room range and by room status (occupied, available, unusable, retained, reserved and more).
Pop-up windows provide supporting detail and the summary option provides a breakdown of rooms by date and status.
Man Day Reporting
Preview, print or extract man days to Excel, Word or PDF. Filter by Arrivals, Departures, Movements and Ins and Outs.
Sort and Group by occupancy by Contractor, Room, Roster and more. Calculate man days and present in billing, RnR or expected In or Out formats.
Summary or detail, date ranges, complex expressions, 'as at' dating plus contractor, sub contractor hierarchies.
Village Status Report
View the status of the village at any point in time. Report on who is where (In or Out and what room).
Filter by Contractor and Expected Movements, sort by name, room, block, contractor and roster. Report as at a given date. Display empty, unusable, reserved and occupied rooms.
Preview, print or extract man days to Excel, Word or PDF. Use as a muster sheet or for cleaners, maintenance workers and kitchen.
Contractors Quotes
A powerful tool to manage contractor accommodation requirements and usage against tendered commitment and agreed usage on a week by week basis.
Set quotas and budgets for individual contractors by rooms by date. Report quota against actual and filter out based on variance, over and under utilisations.
