Room Availability presents a graphical 'grid' of village status by room by date.
Occupant names are displayed in colour coded form with over stay warnings.
Popups provide further occupancy details together with hot links to likely actions.
Workforce Dashboard
Occupant related functions start with the Workforce Dashboard name search.
The user can partially match by surname using the on screen touch keyboard.
Once the occupancy or booking is found then check-in or check-out is only a keystroke away.
2,400 rooms at Yandi
Accommodation at the Marillana & Spinifex villages at Yandi, Western Australia is managed using 'village' by VAMS.
The software was implemented quickly and effectively and now tracks the movements of 2,400 beds across 2 sites.
